Volvo's Zhangjiakou engine plant to start production
As a "domestic owned foreign brand" Volvo will benefit from preferential deals with the Chinese government
Volvo's new engine plant in Zhangjiakou in China's Hebei province will begin production this month, according to a government source quoted by Xinhua News. This announcement comes after Volvo started production at its plants in Sichuan and Heilongjiang provinces.
