Products aim to offer increased energy density and switching frequencies, and reduced power losses

The US Department of Energy (DOE) Advanced Research Projects Agency-Energy (ARPA-E) has decided to award USD27m to 14 selected projects working towards developing next-generation power conversion devices, according to an official release.
