AW North Carolina invests $135 million on two manufacturing facilities In North Carolina, USA
To create an additional production line at its current manufacturing facility in Durham
AW North Carolina (AWNC), a subsidiary of Japan-based Aisin AW Co. Ltd., a manufacturer of automatic transmissions and transmission components, will invest a total of $135 million to expand production at its manufacturing facility in Durham County and also purchase a manufacturing facility in Granville County, creating 131 jobs.
