Ford resumes production at Romanian plant

Resumed production for November, with a daily volume of 370 cars and 1,000 engines.

Ford has resumed passenger car and powertrain production at its Craiova plant in Romania following a two-week stoppage in order to adjust inventory levels of its B-Max model and the 1.0-litre and 1.5-litre EcoBoost engine made at the plant. According to a Dow Jones report, the company the company said it had resumed full production of engines and B-Max models. The plant's spokesperson Zoltan Brassai said, "We have resumed production for November, with a daily volume of 370 cars and 1,000 engines."
