ThyssenKrupp is in advanced stage of negotiations with a consortium of ArcelorMittal and Nippon Steel & Sumitomo Metal Corporation (NSSMC) to sell its steel rolling plant in Alabama (US) for JPY200bn (USD2bn), Nikkie reported without disclosing the source.
