Tata Motors plans to launch a power-steering version of its Nano small car early next month, according to a report in Autocar India. The ZF power-steering option will be priced at a premium of INR15,000 (USD245) over the current top-end Nano, says the report. The report claims that the variant, named the Nano Twist, will be launched on 15 January 2014, but a company spokesperson declined to comment on future launches when contacted by IHS Automotive.
