Lincoln, Johnson Controls, Weyerhaeuser create tree-based armrests for the 2014 MKX crossover
Material 6% lighter than conventional fibreglass
The new 2014 Lincoln MKX will feature “green” armrests, developed using a tree-based alternative, the premium car unit of Ford said in a press release.
