Cooper Tire terminates merger agreement, plans to pursue damages against Apollo
The termination of the agreement brings the acrimonious standoff to its logical conclusion but potentially opens other legal fronts, including breakup fees and damages.
Cooper Tire & Rubber yesterday (30 December) terminated the merger agreement with India-based Apollo Tyres, according to a company's press release.
