Cooper Tire shareholders file lawsuit against the company
Alleges US tiremaker of misrepresentation of facts
Two US-based law firms, Entwistle & Cappucci L.L.P. and Bernstein Litowitz Berger & Grossmann L.L.P, have filed a securities class-action lawsuit against Cooper Tire & Rubber on the behalf of shareholders over failed merger of the company with Apollo Tyres, reports Rubber News.
