Oerlikon acquires Metco for USD1.1 billion
Acquisition strengthens Oerlikon's Surface Solutions business
Oerlikon signed an agreement to acquire Metco, a division of Sulzer based in Switzerland, for CHF1 billion (USD1.1 billion), the company announced in a press release on 31 January.
