Georg Fischer’s unit to divest gravity die-casting business in Austria to Kimaz
Effective 1 January 2014
GF Automotive, a division of Georg Fischer, will divest its gravity die-casting business in Herzogenburg (Austria) to Kimaz, owned by the present managers of the Herzogenburg gravity die-casting plant, according to company’s press release.
