Toyota recalls 295,000 vehicles for brake issue.
Includes vehicles from 2012 and 2013 model years
Toyota is recalling 295,000 Lexus and Toyota vehicles to fix an issue with an electrical component in the brake actuator. The fix will update the software for the skid control electronic unit to prevent the brake actuator from increasing resistance. According to a Reuters report, the issue could lead to reduced vehicle control and increased risk of crash.
