Iran Khodro to produce Pars ELX sedan for Peugeot
Peugeot is set to be a major beneficiary of the easing of international sanctions on Iran.
Iranian national carmaker Iran Khodro plans to launch a new version of Peugeot's Pars, equipping the sedan with its new XUM gasoline (petrol) engine. According to a statement by Iran Khodro, production of the new variant will begin shortly at the company's Mazandaran plant in Iran.
