Production of new Mazda3 begins in Thailand
Production starts at Mazda, Ford joint venture (JV), AutoAlliance Thailand (AAT).
Mazda has announced that it today (14 March) began production of the all-new Mazda3 (known as the Axela in Japan) at its Thai production joint venture (JV) with Ford, AutoAlliance Thailand (AAT). The plant will make the all-new Mazda3 for the Thai market, where it will go on sale on 18 March.
