Chrysler slows Venezuelan operations – report
To halt for 60 days
Chrysler trade union secretary-general Christian Pereira says the company will halt its Venezuelan operations for 60 days, beginning 14 March 2014, because of a lack of supplies. However, later reports indicate production is being reduced by 45%, down to 30–35 vehicles a day from 55 per day.
