Renault-Nissan to implement programme to achieve EUR4.3 bil. of annual synergies on 1 April
Will see convergence of activities in four main areas including supply chain management and purchasing.
The Renault-Nissan alliance will begin implementing merged functions which the two companies hope will lead to cost savings of EUR4.3 billion by 2016 on 1 April, according to a company statement. The merged functions will cover four main areas; including engineering, manufacturing & supply chain management, purchasing and human resources.
