Renesas to partially transfer Singaporean manufacturing operation to J-Devices
Transfer agreement to complete in FY2015/16
Japan-based advanced semiconductor solutions provider Renesas Electronics Corporation (Renesas) signed two agreements – a definitive 'Transfer' agreement and a 'Contract Production' agreement – with J-Devices Semiconductor Corporation (J-Devices) on Thursday (20 March 2014), according to a press statement by Renesas.
