Daimler to acquire all shares of Evonik in Li-Tec Battery and Deutsche ACCUmotive
Transaction will make Daimler sole owner of both companies
Daimler will acquire all shares of Evonik in Li-Tec Battery (50.1%) and Deutsche ACCUmotive (10%) to become the sole owner of the two companies, says a press release.
