Tokai Rubber-owned Anvis starts discussion with employee council for reorganization of French subsidiary
Decize facility employs 327 people
Anvis Group, which was acquired by Tokai Rubber Industries (TRI) in May last year, has started discussion with representative of work council at its French subsidiary, Anvis France Decize S.A.S, regarding its reorganization, TRI said in a press release.
