Singapore invests GBP37.8 mil. in fuel cell maker Intelligent Energy

Cash will help accelerate progress in the company's newly launched divisions

Singapore's sovereign wealth fund GIC has invested around GBP37.8 million (USD62.3 million) in UK-based fuel cell maker Intelligent Energy. According to a statement released by the company, Intelligent Energy issued 15,129,468 ordinary shares to GIC, which represented 10% of the company's enlarged issued ordinary share capital, at a subscription price of GBP2.50 per ordinary share.
