Johnson Controls is looking to reduce dependency on the auto industry
Johnson Controls has announced a deal to acquire Air Distribution Technologies, a provider of air distribution and ventilation products in North America. The deal is scheduled to close in July. Johnson Controls chairman and CEO, Alex Molinaroli, said, "This investment expands Johnson Controls' position in the buildings space with additional products that are complementary to our existing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning offerings.
