Visteon sells interiors business to Cerberus
To divest 15 plants, five just-in-time assembly plants, six engineering centers
Visteon has agreed to divest the majority of its automotive interiors business to an affiliate of Cerberus Capital Management. Visteon says 90% of its interiors business is now under contract, offer or sold.
