THACO to invest USD50.78 mil. in growth expansion plans for Vietnam
Will begin local assembly of Peugeot-brand models in Vietnam this year.
Vietnamese automaker Truong Hai Auto Corporation (THACO) has announced an investment of VND1.08 trillion (USD50.78 million) in growth expansion plans for Vietnam, reports Vietnam News Brief Service. Of the total, THACO will invest VND604 billion in expanding production lines, workshops, and assembly facilities ahead of new car launches, while the remaining amount will be spent on improving THACO's retail network and establishing three new dealerships and 28 showrooms.
