Goodyear will divest its global tire fabric facilities to Hyosung Corporation for US$80m.Assets included in the sale are Goodyear’s facilities in Decatur, Alabama (USA); Utica, New York (USA); Americana (Brazil); and Colmar-Berg, (Luxembourg).
