Chrysler Group updates software on Jeep Cherokee 9-speed transmission
Update available for customers who complain about operation of transmission
The Chrysler Group has issued a technical service bulletin covering more than 100,000 Jeep Cherokees built before 5 May 2014, indicating a software reset for the 9-speed transmission. In certain cases, technicians are advised to perform an "adaptation drive learn".
