Perodua, Daihatsu to invest USD186 million to build new engine plant in Malaysia
Plant to become operational by mid-2016
Malaysian national carmaker Perusahaan Otomobil Kedua (Perodua) and technical partner Daihatsu Motors are investing about MYR600 million (USD186.5 million, 30 May 2014) to set up a new engine manufacturing plant in Malaysia, reports Bernama news agency.
