Geely to sell gearbox unit to parent company
To sell 50% stake in drive-train unit
Chinese automaker Geely Automobile Holdings Limited announced last week in a statement that it plans to sell its entire stake in its gearbox unit, Shandong Geely Gearbox to its parent company, Geely Holding's associates.
