Unions agree to a 12 working shift pattern at the site that will begin following the summer shutdown

Fiat and its unions have reached an agreement on increasing production at Maserati's site in Grugliasco (Italy), reports La Repubblica. The Fim, Uilm and Uglm unions have now agreed to a 12 working shift pattern at the site that will begin following the summer shutdown at the site. Five hundred workers who have been temporarily laid off from the Mirafiori site in Turin (Italy) are being taken on at the site. The agreement also means that a four-hour strike that had been earmarked for the site today (13 June) is called off.
