Fears that all convertible roof production and research and development may be shifted to Poland.

Valmet workers at the firm's Osnabrück plant have gone on strike in protest over fears that their roles might be shifted to the company's facilities in Poland, according to a report by Esmerk Finnish News. The facility's workforce of 400 staff have joined in with the strike with fears that all convertible roof production and research and development (R&D) that takes place at the plant may be shifted to the lower-cost manufacturing location that the company also operates in Poland.
