Taiwanese light maker TYC to expand OEM business
Growing demand from European OEMs
A Taiwanese component maker will expand production of automobile lights for OEMs based in Europe. Taipei Times reports that TYC Brother Industrial Company will invest USD5 million for a new factory to increase production of lights for OEMs. The 7,600 square metre facility while TYC will also relocate its subsidiary Juoku Technology Company, which makes parts of automobile lamps for TYCs OEM business, close to the new factory between August and September, chairman Wu Chun-chin said.
