Magneti Marelli, DTR sign JV agreement to acquire CF Gomma
DTR will own 60% stake, Magneti Marelli will own 40%
Magneti Marelli has signed an agreement with South Korea-based DTR Corporation to form a joint venture to acquire CF Gomma, the company said in a press release.
