Norsk Hydro acquires Rio Tinto Alcan’s share in Norwegian plant
Transaction expected to complete in Q2 2014
Norway-based aluminium components supplier Norsk Hydro has signed an agreement with partner Rio Tinto Alcan (RTA) to acquire RTA’s stake in an aluminium smelter facility, Sør-Norge Aluminium AS (Søral), in Husnes, Norway.
