Continental is planning to develop new automotive products in the Philippines, according to a report citing Bernhard Klumpp, executive vice-president and board member of the German company. Continental will invest in the company's Calamba plant to make it a production hub for its advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS), airbag sensors, and wheel speed sensors for export, reports the Philippines News Agency.
