Cooper Tire & Rubber’s failure agree to the terms and conditions of the buyout agreement with Apollo Tyres, doomed a USD2.5 billion acquisition of the US based tiremaker to its Indian competitor, Apollo’s lawyer John Hardiman said in court, reports Bloomberg.
