Goodyear considers Colombia for USD1.1 billion for Latin American headquarters
Construction will begin in 2017
US tyre manufacturer Goodyear is said to be preparing to build a new headquarters building for its Latin American operations, with Colombia's El Espectador newspaper indicating a site in Colombia may be in the lead.
