Honeywell completes materials friction business sale to Federal-Mogul, realigns Transportation Systems business
Transaction valued at USD155 million
Honeywell announced yesterday (14 June 2014) that it has completed the sale of the Friction Materials business to Federal-Mogul's Motorsports Division; the business line provides brake friction materials and aftermarket brake products, and is headquartered in Glinde (Germany).
