Mitsubishi Electric to add two new power modules to its J1-series for electric, hybrid vehicles
Sample shipment to begin in October
Mitsubishi Electric will begin sample shipment of its new 300A/1,200V and 300A/650V J1-Series power modules for electric and hybrid vehicles starting 31 October 2014, according to the company’s press release.
