US supplier NN to acquire Autocam for USD300 million
Acquisition expected to conclude in third quarter this year
NN Inc., a supplier of metal bearing components and plastics and rubber parts for various applications including automotive based in Johnson City of Tennessee, United States, has entered into a definite agreement to acquire Autocam Corporation in a deal valued at USD300 million, according to a company’s press release.
