KSPG forms JV with China-based HUAYU Automotive Systems in Germany
Deal is subject to approvals by respective antitrust and cartel authorities
Huayu Automotive Systems Company (HASCO), a subsidiary of state-owned Chinese automaker SAIC Group, has announced plans to buy a 50% stake in German auto-parts maker KS Aluminium Technologie GmbH from KSPG Group.
