Panasonic expected to commit to Tesla's Gigafactory
Plans to invest USD196.4–USD294.7 million
Panasonic is expected to invest in a Tesla-planned lithium-ion (Li-ion) battery plant in the United States, according to Reuters and other reports, which indicate that Panasonic has agreed to ultimately invest about USD1 billion in the planned USD5-billion factory.
