Honda India shifts City sedan production to Tapukara plant.
Executive says new small car not yet confirmed
Honda Cars India has temporarily stopped production of its City sedan at the Greater Noida plant in Uttar Pradesh as it prepares to shift production of the model to the Tapukara facility in Rajasthan. Working on a single shift, the Tapukara plant currently produces the Amaze compact sedan but will house assembly of the City sedan from the first week of September.
