New minibus likely to be manufactured at in Seoul, South Korea and Turkey.
Hyundai is reportedly aiming to increase its global annual production of commercial vehicles (CVs) to as many as 400,000 units by 2020, according to local publication Yonhap English News. The ambitious aim comes in response to the anticipated success of an all-new 15-seat minibus that will be unveiled at this year's Hannover International Fair for Commercial Vehicles (Germany) that opens on 25 September. The yet-to-be named new minibus, which is reportedly being tested at the company's Namyang research and development centre in South Korea, is said to feature a European appearance with a semi-bonnet arrangement and diesel powertrain.
