Jebsen Automotive forms new JV for China
The new JV will be registered by the end of 2014.
Jebsen Automotive Technik (JAT) has announced a new joint venture (JV) for production of advanced steering systems in China. In a company press release, Jebsen and tedrive Steering have announced a 50:50 JV called Jebsen tedrive Steering Systems, which will bring in local production in China of tedrive's steering systems.
