TRW to become a separate business division within ZF
Germany-based automotive supplier ZF Friedrichshafen (ZF) has reached an agreement to purchase TRW Automotive (TRW), a US-based safety systems supplier to the automotive industry, in an all-cash deal, according to press releases by both companies.
