General Motors (GM) reorganises Russian operations and reduces output
Reaction to Ukraine situation and contracting economy
General Motors (GM) will look to reduce output at its Russian plant in St Petersburg with the facility having cut its production cut by a total of 16 full days over a three month period. according to a Reuters report. The stoppages comprise a total of four days of production halts that already occurred in August, four days that are being undertaken in September and a further eight days of stoppages that have been scheduled for October.
