Delphi signs definitive agreement to acquire Unwired Technology LLC
The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2014.
Delphi Automotive PLC has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire media connectivity module supplier, Unwired Technology LLC, expanding its data and media connectivity capabilities. The acquisition of Unwired follows the recently announced agreement to acquire Antaya Technologies Corp., a leading supplier of proprietary on-glass connectors. The two acquisitions significantly enhance Delphi's product offerings in the rapidly growing automotive electrical connectors business, giving it more ways to meet its customers' needs.
