BMW Mini and Honda Acura issue recalls in China
China's General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection, and Quarantine (AQSIQ) has become increasingly vigilant.
BMW has been issued with a recall notice for 2014-model-year Mini One cars imported into China. There are 88 cars affected by the recall, all produced between May and July 2014, reports Xinhua. The recall is due to a wheel-nut lock problem that causes the vehicles to shake abnormally when being driven, according to the Chinese General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection, and Quarantine (AQSIQ). Meanwhile, Honda has also being issued with a recall notice for 741 imported Acura MDX and RLX models in China due to issues with the seatbelts, AQSIQ is quoted to have said, according to Xinhua.
