Two more fatalities reported in US tied to airbag flaw
Takata, which has been cooperating with the US National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) investigation into the performance of its airbag inflator, may have been struggling with quality issues beyond what the company has officially disclosed to the NHTSA, according to a Reuters review of what the paper says is internal documents.
