VW Slovakia to manufacture Bentley SUV body
Complete bodies will be transported to Bentley's plant in Crewe, UK, where the bodies will be attached to the drivetrain and running gear
Bentley will manufacture the body for its new sport utility vehicle (SUV) at parent company Volkswagen's (VW) plant in Slovakia, according to a report by the Slovakian news agency TASR. The report quoted VW spokesperson Vladimir Machalik as stating that complete bodies will be transported to Bentley's plant in Crewe in the UK, where the bodies will be attached to the drivetrain and running gear, with Bentley's traditional handmade interiors also being added to the final vehicle.
