To pay USD4 million in fines

Continental Automotive Electronics (CAE) and Continental Automotive Korea (CAK) have agreed to plead guilty for their involvement in a conspiracy to rig bids of instrument panel clusters installed in Hyundai-Kia vehicles manufactured and sold in the United States and elsewhere, says the US Department of Justice (DOJ), citing a charge filed yesterday (24 November) in the US District Court of Georgia.
